Frequently Asked Questions

1. how long does it take to get our photos back?

You won't be waiting forever! I know how excited you'll be to relive those moments. For regular portrait sessions, my turnaround time is up to two weeks, and for weddings and party events, you can expect your full gallery within four weeks. I always aim to deliver sooner if I can, without compromising quality.

2. how far in advance should we book with you?

For regular portrait sessions, I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to make sure we find a date that works for both of us. For weddings, quinceañeras, and other special events, it's best to book as early as possible. Those dates tend to fill up quickly, sometimes months in advance!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I totally understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, I just ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we can find a new date that works for both of us. Your new retainer will be transferred to the new date.

For cancellations, the retainer is non-refundable. However, I'm always happy to work with you on rescheduling if something unexpected comes up.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! All my sessions include a beautifully curated online gallery delivered straight to your email. From there, you'll be able to download your high resolution digital images, share them with loved ones, and even order professional prints or albums directly through the gallery. If you'd like help designing a custom album or selecting prints, I'm more than happy to guide you through that!
